REV. HECTOR MAGALLON, C.O.R.C.
Pastor
Father Hector Magallon was born on January 8 in Sahuayo Michoacán Mexico, Member of the Priestly Confraternity of the Laborer’s of the Kingdom of Christ, he studied philosophy at the Conciliar Seminary in Querétaro Mexico, theological training at the Conciliar Seminary of Toledo Spain , received priestly ordination on August 19, 2005, in the Basilica of Guadalupe in Mexico City. His priestly ministry has been exercised from 2005-2010, as a trainer and vice-rector of the minor seminary of Cristo Rey belonging to the Confraternity, professor and academic secretary of the Basque Institute of Quiroga.
In the year 2010-2012, he is assigned as the Parish Vicar in Santiago Jamiltepec Oaxaca, as a diocesan coordinator of liturgy and youth ministry, teacher at Matin Luter King High School.
Then in the year 2012 he was assigned as a parochial vicar for the Holy Name of Jesus in the city and Diocese of Fort Worth. Moreover, in the year 2014, he was assigned as parochial vicar in the parish of Saint Matthew in Arlington Tx. After 3 years of service in 2017, he is assigned as the Pastor of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Corona Ca, Diocese of San Bernardino.
REV. ANDRES T. LINO SALINAS, C.O.R.C.
Parochial Vicar
Known as Andres Lino, Father Andres grew up in San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, Mexico. Previously a lawyer in the secular world, Father Andres Lino found his way seeking the way of Christ. Andres was ordained priest of the Confraternidad Operarios del Reino de Cristo, in 2012. He has been working at the St. Edwards Parish since September 2019, and supports the following ministries: sacristans, ministers of the Eucharist, lectors, ushers and choirs.
He is happy to serve all the faithful of Saint Edward, and hopes that everyone will have the confidence to approach us (the priests), to help in their spiritual needs and have a life in communion with God.
